OUTSTANDING ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEER'S REPORT!!

The following post commends the Army Corps of Engineers for its outstanding Report responding to public questions and concerns regarding Cedar Rapids city occupation of the disastrous Cedar River flood plain. 

Greetings, Mr. Lonn McGuire, Army Corps of Engineers and all:

 Thank you so much for your note below!  We Quick Look evaluated the attached Corps of Engineer’s report (as we usually do before making a detailed examination and evaluation) and gave it a preliminary Integrity Index Level score of 750!!!!—on a scale of 0 to 1,000 tops, where significant integrity starts at 300, and evil is anything 250 or below.

 Iowalive is absolutely elated!!  Congratulations for a job well done!!    

 The attached Report demonstrates to all public agencies, and newspapers, that integrity can be achieved when responding to public questions and concerns--especially regarding disasters.   The Report’s score serves as an outstanding example and inspiration for politicians running for office—and for those holding offices—and for newspaper editors and media reporters as well.

 If we have any questions after further review and analysis, we will send them to you.   We will advise you of any significant change in the Report’s Integrity Index Level score as well. 

 Iowalive in no way agrees with the evil scoring intentions of the Cedar Rapids city council et. al. to occupy the disastrous Cedar River flood plain.    Iowalive also understands the Corps of Engineers does not get to vote on what it is assigned to do—regardless of the evil involved with the assignment.
