Newt Gingrich can easily bypass all the educrats and listen to Judy Hintz tell him how to fix public schools.  Judy Hintz at Educational Resources in West Des Moines http://www.thekidfixer.com/ routinely raises special education students to at or above grade level, that the public schools fail to teach and claim can't be taught.  Here is the chart showing what Judy's students achieve.

Here it is for Newt to see it--and apply it.  Can't you just hear Newt telling Iowa educrats, the Des Moines Register, Cedar Rapids Gazette and others--the fix was right here under their noses--in Iowa??!!  What a scoop--and embarrassment!!
