The following letter was sent to the Marion Independent School District superintendent.  It clearly states two district schools failed to meet annual measurable objectives in reading and one school in math.  The superintendent certainly should know about the measurable objectives--that were set by the district.    The district is required to submit a corrective action plan to the Department of Education to correct the failure to meet, academic objectives.
