7 LINN COUNTY CITIES AND TOWNS IMPROVED THEIR OPERATING EFFICIENCIES

The following table was prepared by Iowalive net workers.  It shows that 7 Linn County cities and towns improved their operating efficiencies  since 2003--and they weren't Marion or Cedar Rapids--or Linn County!

The efficiency numbers were derived with the same methods used for deriving operating efficiencies for Governor Vilsack's office,  and other state agencies, etc. , etc.  The Governor disliked the number and was going to challenge it until his highly paid  performance improvement consultants advised him otherwise--since he had no numbers at all, and since the consultants contacted Iowalive net workers and learned how the numbers were derived--to their satisfaction, if not amazement.
