CANCER--PROPOSED CAUSE AND PREVENTION METHOD
A volunteer Iowalive net worker has been researching cancer for quite some time. Special algorithms were employed to take a thorough systems look at likely cancer causes and prevention methods. By contrast, rather than using a systems approach, cancer researchers commonly compete and limit themselves to their rather narrow field of expertise. For example, nutritionists limit themselves to a few nutrients. Immune specialists commonly limit themselves to immunization. Beyond that, few if any researchers are defining or developing measurement systems to evaluate healthy body nutrition, hydration or immunity levels. As a result, nutritionists and medical practitioners do not have the means to quickly and accurately measure either of these vital levels--which are fundamental to good health and health care.
To further complicate matters, use of a single nutrient, or two, can speed growth of cancer if it does not simultaneously improve immune system performance. Antagonists of nutrition use this as proof nutrition doesn't work--and in fact makes things worse.
The Iowalive net worker was not caught in that trap. By using the systems approach, all nutrients, including water, were evaluated along with performance of the immune system. The powerful results are as follows--at no cost to anyone.
OPEN LETTER FROM IOWALIVE TO THOMAS MAUGH AT LA TIMES
6-1-09
Greetings, Thomas Maugh, LA Times: C. L. 999
On Nov. 29, 2008, an Iowalive net worker sent you a post, for your eyes only, that provided text and tables addressing the immune system and the cause and prevention of cancer. The net worker wishes to remain anonymous, but has just permitted this wide release of the research findings.
Iowalive had recently discussed some pertinent cancer issues with the Cedar Rapids Gazette editor as well.
The timing for this release is appropriate since cancer researchers have finally linked the immune system to cancer in a manner that is commanding some attention. Newspapers and the internet are now making such immune system reports. Unfortunately, researches have yet to learn how to measure the performance of the immune system, to the extent they are quite knowledgeable of it, and what it can or cannot do—at its various performance levels.
Why is there a need to use drugs to ‘fool’ or stimulate an immune system with drugs--as researchers are now pursuing? That seems to be a good question to ask cancer researchers at this time. Why not identify and nutritionally fix a poorly performing immune system, as discussed below, and avoid the usual side affects of costly drugs?? Such an immune system would effectively fight other diseases as well—and cut medical care costs by at least 30%!!
This release is made in an effort to help cancer researchers and those suffering from cancer. It contains an excerpt from the post sent to you on Nov. 29, 2008, and that you and Iowalive have now been permitted to release, as explained by the net worker. Some form of a posting of this material will soon appear on website: http://iowalive.net/
Sincerely,
Iowalive A growing network of volunteer citizens and professionals for improving Iowa
EXCERPT FROM IOWALIVE NET WORKER POST TO THOMAS MAUGH, LA TIMES, 11-29-08
Many knowledgeable people have speculated that cancer is a deficiency disease, for good reasons. As shown below, there are at least 112,166,000 Google references linking nutrition to cancer.
After exhaustive research and analysis, using proprietary algorithms and methods, we have now concluded that cancer is a deficiency disease. We are now saying a chronic nutritional deficiency is the root cause of cancer. As the root cause, this means that anyone having chronic deficiencies in the 6 nutrients in the table below, either has, or will have cancer—and that anyone having cancer has a chronic deficiency in the nutrients in the table. The widely touted carcinogens, at worst affect the rate the cancer develops and grows—as do some other things, such as stress. But the immune system and nutrition are the keys for whipping cancer.
It could reasonably be argued that poor performance of the immune system is the root cause of cancer. For example, if a person’s immune system chronically operates at or below 16% of normal, the person has, or will have, cancer—and that anyone having cancer has an immune system that chronically operates at or below 16% of normal. It is well known that selenium and pantothenic acid affect the immune system. However, we have found no link of a pantothenic acid deficiency with cancer—so it is not included in the table. Beyond that, it is too vague to merely tie cancer to the immune system as it begs the issue of what causes an immune system to break down and perform so poorly. Body deficiencies of the 6 nutrients in the table cause such poor immune system performance—and cancer. It is recognized that DNA and other things can affect body assimilation and use of these nutrients—but that is not part of this discussion.
Since there are 6 nutrient deficiencies involved with poor immune system performance, there are 720 possible combinations involved—which is the factorial of 6. This large number of combinations has prevented researchers form discovering the root cause of cancer—as it will for the foreseeable future—with the research methods and mindsets they are using, and will use, which find it a stretch to handle only 9 combinations effectively—and they don’t, or won’t, use the powerful Design of Experiment statistical methods, or powerful algorithms, either. L In addition, researchers are looking for a magical drug that will defeat carcinogens and make its founders tons of money. They are looking in the wrong places for the wrong reasons.
The contents of the table below clearly show there is a magical ‘cure’ for cancer. It is a supplemental, nutritional combination of the 6 nutrients, that must be effectively assimilated by the body—despite the usual harmful side affects accompanying most prescription drugs!!
Puritan’s Pride and others ought to be able to formulate it rather easily. If necessary, we will freely release the optimum composition of active ingredients to meet the deficiencies for most people—and the best time of day of consumption for optimum effectiveness. A second composition, will likely be needed for sustaining adequacy, once adequacy is achieved. Until such formulations are available, Physicians will continue to battle cancer—as people suffer and die from it.

SOURCES--REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF AVAILABLE CANCER PREVENTION & TREATMENT DATA. |

Anyone claiming to have better numbers is asked to provide them for evaluation & comparison.
To add to the problem of diagnosing and treating cancer, Physicians have no practical methods to diagnose and quantify body deficiencies/adequacies in the 6 nutrients, including body hydration/water adequacy--for gosh sakes. Neither do they have practical methods to diagnose and quantify performance of the immune system with any consistency or accuracy. They are therefore rendered helpless and hopeless in their fight against cancer—regardless of their gallant attempts to fight and try to conquer it.
You can expect that some cancer researchers, and other experts, who have continuously failed to whip cancer with the billions of dollars provided to date, will scoff at and attack the contents of the table and this post—despite having no better numbers to offer. Let them scoff and attack at their peril. But it gets worse.
Why have there been so little funding and effort provided for developing methods to accurately quantify deficiencies/adequacies in the 6 and other nutrients—with numbers?? The same applies to the immune system! We are not talking about clinical deficiencies, we are talking about healthful adequacies—as measured from body conditions and verified by health data in the field, based on people who rarely get sick—and who don’t have cancer. Where are numbers showing their nutritional adequacies and chronic immune system performance levels??
The contents of this post will come as no surprise to nutritionists, health food supplement suppliers and others working in the health field. For example, The VitaChart, prepared by Vita Chart Inc., clearly lists the linkage between the nutrients in the table, the immune system and cancer, as do multitudes of other health publications and organizations. The following Google searches, and the 112,166,000 references produced, clearly show what we are talking about.

Who do you suppose has the capability and methods to effectively analyze this huge treasure of information—in an effective manner, and who has no profit or prestige motives? The Google search engine was very helpful with our research and analysis. J
As you likely know, this is not rocket science, Thomas. It is merely effectively researching, evaluating and making objective sense out of what is known and what it is telling us. To date, no one has claimed to have better numbers than those provided herein.
What numbers, if any, are the ‘experts’ using for guidance, Thomas?? Why has cancer humiliated the ‘experts’ so badly, for so long?? Why has there been no convergence on a cancer solution? We gave our reasons above.
Would anyone in the Center for Disease Control, The National Health Information Center, Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion or the media care to answer those three questions??
The U.S. government now spends $2.4 billion annually on cancer research—and cancer prevails! Do you suppose the government could re-allocate but $24 million to nutrition experts and businesses, to confirm the contents of this post—and to launch mass production of a supplement of a suggested combination of 6 nutrients?? Based on the lack of success of cancer research to date, who could reasonably or honestly resist such a unique and thoughtful initiative??
