The contents of this news release should have been reported by the C. R. Gazette.
Anyone claiming to have better numbers than those herein, is asked to provide them.
The following charts and table vividly show terrible trends for the Cedar Rapids school district from the 99-00 to 11-12 school years when:
The district's superintendents' salaries increased 76%.
District test scores are flat.
The ghetto district's enrollment fell 9% as the Cedar Rapids population increased 4.6%.
The district miserably failed to come even close to meeting Iowa's Student Proficiency Standard, which is far below Iowa grade level--and is the lowest standard in the Midwest.
The district spent $41 million for a Taj Mahal to house its bloated salaried administrators--who failed to raise student test scores.

IOWA'S STUDENT PROFICIENCY STANDARD IS FAR BELOW IOWA GRADE LEVEL AND MIDWEST
MISSOURI, NORTH DAKOTA & MINNESOTA WISELY AND HONESTLY SET THEIR PROFICIENCY STANDARD AT THE IOWA GRADE LEVEL. IOWA DID NOT, AND ILLINOIS COPIED IOWA.
