LETTER TO REGISTER AND GAZETTE EDITORS ABOUT HOW ABC TV SCAMMED BRISTOL'S VOTERS
11-24-10
The following explains how ABC TV lied about the 50-50 judge and fan vote split, and cheated Bristol Palin’s voters by limiting her fans to one vote on Monday night, and continuing the judge’s votes 3 more times through Tuesday, to build enough vote margin to defeat Palin.
Her fan support is awesome!!
Greetings, Des Moines Register and Cedar Rapids Gazette editorial boards:
Here is a scoop for you—as it explains how ABC TV’s Dancing With The Stars lied, cheated and scammed Bristol Palin’s fans. Rarely has such a sneaky scheme been used to rig a call-in vote. Here is what was claimed--and how the lie and cheating were accomplished.
Dancing With The Stars claimed during every show that the fan and judges votes were equal at 50% of the final decision—but the fan vote count was never explicitly reported or explained. This was especially true for the final Monday and Tuesday shows this week. Each previous show had one vote from the fans and one vote from each of 3 judges. Cool! The total of the 3 judge’s scores were in the range of 29 total for the winners and 26 to 24 for Palin. This was a spread of 3 to 5 points—which had been routinely overcome by Palin’s huge, call center jamming, fan vote—that was properly scored as 50% of the final vote. Had the ABC show continued scoring in this fair and claimed manner, Palin would have won easily, and there would have been many more liberals shooting their TV sets and boycotting the show—and ABC. That was a big problem for ABC—that ABC decided to FIX.
The FIX was easily accomplished by giving the judge’s 4 votes to Palin’s fans 1 vote, on Monday and Tuesday nights. ABC could have given the judges 5 votes, if needed to beat the fan vote—Chicago style. As we recall, the spread from top vote getter to Palin was 5, (30 to 25) after the first judge’s vote on Monday night. Palin voters would once again easily have beaten this 5 point spread, as the show officials well knew, after counting the Monday call-in votes.
So—ABC officials determined how many more judge votes were needed (3), and gave the judges 3 more unmatched votes, to raise the vote spread to 14 (118 to 104 as we recall) unbeatable votes—since Palin fans were not given the chance to match, or beat it, with their votes.
Sneaky, huh? Yes—and also very evil.
Palin fan votes could not beat the contrived 14 point spread—so Palin fans were cheated of the win—which Bristol handled with normal Palin charm.
ABC continuously lied about the 50-50 vote count. Anyone watching the replay can verify that. They can also verify the judges were given 3 extra, unmatched, votes. How come?
Another question is: what will the editorial boards at the Register and Gazette do about it?? How about the even less integrous TV stations across Iowa—or the editors of the more honest other Iowa newspapers?
Stay tuned!!
