Teachers, who once controlled the classrooms, have been undermined by the educrat ISEA teacher's union and educrat constructivists, who base lowered student learning expectations on economics, ethnicity, and religion.  Constructivists then blame students and their parents, who were educated in the public schools, for school failures to teach.
